Resort Sur Beach Holiday, Sur

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The balcony view towards the beach was simply stunning, and the customer service was genuinely warm and welcoming. However, I found the hotel to be quite dated and in need of some maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. While I enjoyed my stay overall, I think there are areas that could be improved to enhance the comfort level for future guests.
